Yeah... and I also pretty much think that about all other billboard advertising, bus stop ads, ads on buses, etc. Anything designed to get your attention when you're driving by, is a distraction to driving. They may try to spin it and say it's for when you park or are stopped behind a car or for pedestrians (and not when you're actually driving by), but that's bullocks.
